And we are not talking about pork and beef kebabs at all, but about poultry languishing over the smoke and “forest meat” - fried mushrooms.

What else do representatives of the stronger half like to snack on in nature? Of course, tomatoes, onions and good old processed cheese. Well, we can’t forget about men’s favorite seasoning – garlic!


The main thing is to lay out the layers so that they can please the eye. A springform baking dish is simply ideal for this, so that each ingredient can be placed in a separate “tile” in this “man’s cake.”

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken breast, fresh mushrooms – 300 g each.
  • Boiled egg – 4 pcs.
  • Tomato, onion, garlic clove - 2 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 2 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp. l.

For homemade mayonnaise:

  • Sunflower oil – 180 ml.
  • Raw egg – 1 pc.
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar, salt, mustard - 0.5 tsp each.

Preparation:

It's best to cook first. Place all the ingredients in a deep bowl and place the blender on the yolk. Beat until you obtain the consistency of mayonnaise. Place in a covered container to cool while you prepare other ingredients for the dish.


Chop the mushrooms into cubes or in the form of plates and fry first in a dry frying pan until all the liquid is gone, and then pour in the oil and add finely chopped onion. Add a little salt and pepper and continue frying until the frying is ready. All this will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

Now chop the tomatoes and breast, cutting them into bars or centimeter cubes.

And grate the cheese along with the eggs and mix the cloves crushed in a garlic press and 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise - this will be a good soak for the entire dish as a whole.

All that remains is to lay out the layers:

  • fillet,
  • cheese and egg mass,
  • mushrooms,
  • again soaked in a savory dressing with cheese and eggs.

Leave to cool and soak in the refrigerator for at least an hour and a half. Then decorate with tomato cubes and a mesh of mayonnaise.

Once, while visiting, I had the opportunity to try seafood turtle, but I wasn’t very pleased with the squid. Because they were too tough - possibly overcooked.

After some time, I wanted something tasty and instead of this seafood I used poultry. The combination turned out to be more successful in my opinion.

The resemblance to a turtle is given by walnuts, which are laid out in the shape of a shell. Well, it’s quite possible to form a head with legs from a boiled egg. The eyes and nose will be played by ordinary carnations stuck into the whites.

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken – 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 110 gr.
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr.
  • Crab stick – 5 pcs.
  • Boiled egg – 3 pcs. + 1 pc. for the head and paws.
  • Apple, onion - 1 pc.
  • Walnut – 1/2 cup.
  • Cloves – 3 pcs.

Preparation:

In order not to waste time, all products can be immediately rubbed directly over a large dish, and then carefully leveled into an even layer using a spoon. Only poultry meat and onions would be better to chop into strips using a knife.

Lay out the layers and coat with the mayonnaise mesh in the following sequence: grated protein mass, chopped chicken, onion straws, apple chips, cheese strips, yolks, and the last layer is shaved chilled crab sticks.

And whoever tries such a work for the first time, then the snowdrifts will also appear to him in the form of many secrets on a platter.

We will need:

  • Smoked chicken breast – 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise, beans, cheese - 100 g each.
  • Boiled egg – 5 pcs.
  • Boiled potatoes and carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic clove – 2 pcs.
  • Onion, bell pepper – 1 pc.

Preparation:

Prepare a dressing from mayonnaise, beans and onions by simply blending it with a blender.

Cut the eggs in half, remove the yolks and mash them with a couple of spoons of dressing and garlic, passed through a press. Place the resulting mass back into the recesses of the whites.

The snack is made from a small amount of ingredients, but it turns out very tasty. Korean smoked chicken and carrots go well together, and this tandem is complemented by pickled cucumber and hard cheese. The salad is perfect for any occasion.

  4. Cut Korean carrots in half, place on cucumbers, coat with mayonnaise;
  5. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the carrots;
  6. Decorate the dish with herbs.

Delicious salad with smoked chicken breast and peas

Another tasty and satisfying smoked chicken dish, which also includes eggs, canned peas and fresh cucumber. Due to the latter, the salad turns out fresh and juicy.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Calorie content (per 100 g): 240 kcal

Preparation:

  1. Cut the breast into small cubes and place in a salad bowl;
  2. Also cut the cucumber into cubes and add to the chicken;
  3. Drain the liquid from the peas and add to the rest of the ingredients;
  4. Boil eggs hard, cool. Set aside two yolks, grate the remaining yolks and whites, place in a salad bowl;
  5. Cut the onion into small rings and add to the salad;
  6. Mix all ingredients, add a little salt, season with mayonnaise;
  7. Mash the remaining yolks with a fork and decorate the finished dish with them.

Salad with chicken, beans and croutons

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken into any shape (can be cubes or cubes);
  2. Drain beans;
  3. Cut Korean carrots in half;
  4. Combine all products, add mayonnaise;

  6. Decorate the dish with poppy seeds.

Add corn to salad

Canned corn is a great accompaniment to chicken, as the breast salad is bound to have some juicy component. This salad also requires fresh carrots and herbs. It is best to use mayonnaise as a dressing.

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Preparation:

  1. Wash, peel and grate carrots. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry carrots until golden brown;
  2. Cut the chicken into cubes or separate it into fibers by hand;
  3. Drain corn;
  4. Place the meat, corn and cooled carrots in a deep bowl;
  5. Chop the parsley. Add to other products or decorate the finished dish with it;
  6. Mix all ingredients, add salt to taste, season with mayonnaise;
  7. Before serving, add croutons to the salad (preferably with a “meaty” taste).

Original salad with chicken and pomegranate

This appetizer will become a real decoration of the holiday table if you spend some time preparing it. The “trick” lies in the special design: the finished dish looks like a “pomegranate bracelet”.

Cooking time: one hour

Preparation:

  1. Boil potatoes, carrots and beets in different pans so that the beets do not color the rest of the food. Grate cooled and peeled vegetables;
  2. Boil eggs, grate;
  3. Cut the meat into thin cubes;
  4. Peel the onion and chop it. Pour boiling water through a sieve to remove the bitterness. If desired, the onion can be fried in a frying pan;
  5. Chop the nuts and dry in a frying pan without oil;
  6. Wash the tomatoes, cut into cubes;
  7. Chop the greens;
  8. Peel the pomegranate and remove the seeds;
  9. Prepare a wide dish and glass. Place layers around the glass in the following sequence: potatoes, carrots, walnuts, breast, onions, eggs, herbs, tomatoes, beets. Each layer must be coated with mayonnaise. When all the layers are ready, pull out the glass - you get a “bracelet” shaped design;
  10. Sprinkle the dish with pomegranate seeds and place in the refrigerator to soak for several hours.

During the cooking process, you can pay attention to a number of subtleties:

  • those who are watching their figure can take low-calorie 15% mayonnaise sauce or low-fat sour cream instead of the usual mayonnaise;
  • for a salad that contains marinades, the following dressing is suitable: a mixture of olive oil, chopped herbs and lemon juice;
  • If the lard contains crackers, you need to add them a few minutes before serving. Otherwise, they will become limp and turn the dish into “porridge”;
  • Instead of breast, you can use ham. You must first remove the skin from it.

Good afternoon, my dear cooks! My article today will be somewhat unusual. With what? You know that, as a rule, I try to publish healthy recipes that allow you to maintain beauty, youth and health. But once a year the day of March 8 comes, and I decided to make a small retreat, it’s not always possible, sometimes you can give vent to your weakness.

Have you decided that I have no weaknesses? I myself would like that... But no, I am a sinful, earthly woman. With all the ensuing consequences. Smoked chicken salad will be my weakness today. But! You and I will do everything possible to get the maximum benefit.

How to choose the right chicken

In fact, chicken is a healthy and even dietary meat, since it is low in fat. It contains a lot of substances necessary for health: amino acids, easily digestible proteins, vitamins. But smoking, unfortunately, is not the healthiest way to process food.

Attention! When buying chicken, choose country chicken. It will most likely not be as fatty and tender as broiler, but it also carries fewer dangers.

It is best to smoke chicken yourself (the advantage of villagers is obvious!), and in no case should you use “liquid smoke”. And if you buy it, it’s only hot smoked. In such chicken the content of harmful substances will be the lowest (compared to cold smoked and even more so compared to “liquid smoke”).

Salads, for me, at least, are the main dish of the holiday table. And on the blog I have already shared their recipes more than once, for example. In fact, the hot food is not as important as the beautifully arranged and varied cold dishes with which we start the holiday dinner.

I think you, dear readers, often have to prepare them - and not only on March 8th. Therefore, you are, of course, familiar with the basic rules for preparing salads. But repetition, as we know, is the mother of learning. So:

  1. Cut all ingredients into equal pieces. Their size should correspond to the size of the product that is added as a whole (green peas, beans or corn). Believe me, the appearance greatly benefits from proper cutting.
  2. Layered salads are prepared immediately in the container in which we will serve them on the table: after all, if they have to be rearranged, the layers will mix.
  3. We cook the vegetables for the salad in salted water, in an enamel bowl with a closed lid (this way they will be cooked equally and will not become soggy, especially for potatoes).
  4. We can serve salad not only in a beautiful vase. But also in tartlets, on crispy bread, on green leaves (lettuce, grapes, etc.).
  5. A few drops of lemon juice or slices of lemon added to the salad will help make it taste more refined and preserve vitamins.
  6. The main dressings that will help highlight the bright taste of smoked chicken are mayonnaise and olive oil with lemon juice or natural vinegar.

Important! The most harmful thing about smoked chicken is the skin. Even when cooked, it is removed, but here, even more so, it must be removed before preparing the salad.

Well, now that we have remembered all the basic principles, let's start cooking.

You can't imagine anything tastier

Today is the first day of spring, so we will immediately “say goodbye to winter.” For this purpose, this salad is just right:

Winter evening

  • Smoked breast fillet,
  • a couple of tomatoes,
  • sweet pepper pod,
  • 100 grams cheese (hard),
  • a third of a glass of walnuts (chopped, of course),
  • a couple of cloves of garlic.

Cut into cubes, salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise and garnish with parsley and pomegranate seeds. If you respect corn, add it, it will be even tastier.

There is also a simplified version of the classic “Winter Evening”, which always helps me out if guests come unexpectedly or I need to quickly whip up something, in the morning, for example.

Quick salad with croutons

We will need:

  • 2 tomatoes,
  • a pack of mushroom crackers,
  • half a cup chopped walnuts
  • our main ingredient: smoked breast.

We cut everything into cubes (in the shape of crackers), mix, season, decorate. By the way, you can season it not only with mayonnaise, but also with lemon sauce. For decoration, you can use parsley sprigs, pomegranate seeds and/or poppy seeds. Everything is very fast. Five minutes - and you can go out to your guests with a tasty and beautiful salad.

Another easy option with chicken. True, I haven’t tried it myself yet, but judging by the video presented, it promises to be delicious.

Smoked chicken with lavash

Very tasty winter salads, but winter is already behind us, so let's make a salad with a name appropriate to the season.

March – with Chinese cabbage

  • Smoked breast fillet,
  • half a head of Chinese cabbage,
  • a third of a celery root
  • bell pepper pod.

For dressing: apple cider vinegar with olive oil, a little salt.

Cut all the ingredients into thin strips, marinate the celery in apple cider vinegar for 15 minutes. The salad is light, without mayonnaise. Stir, add salt and add olive oil. Happy spring to you!

Let your husband prepare the next salad for March 8th for you. It is very easy to prepare, which is probably why it is called

Male

  • Breast or thigh of smoked chicken,
  • can of champignons,
  • can of beans (red),
  • 1 medium onion.
  • For the marinade: grape vinegar (can be replaced with apple cider vinegar), sugar, salt.
  • For dressing - mayonnaise.

Cut the onion into small slices and marinate for 15 minutes (I often just get by with scalding). Cut the chicken, mix with champignons and beans, add squeezed onion, season with mayonnaise.

A simple and delicious salad. If you like it spicier, you can make it with Korean carrots. This will not only add spiciness, but also highlight the taste of the chicken.

Napoleon with smoked chicken

  • A pair of smoked legs,
  • 3 eggs,
  • green apple,
  • 150 g cheese,
  • onion and
  • a dozen saltine crackers.


Napoleon is a layered salad, and I usually make the layers in this order: chicken, onion, cheese, apple, eggs. But any salad is the creativity of the housewife, so you can make it the way you like.

Cut the chicken into cubes, grate the cheese, eggs and apple on a coarse grater. We soak each layer with mayonnaise, and sprinkle crushed crackers on top (what is “Napoleon” without sprinkles?).

March 8 is a special day. This is the only day of the year when you and I, dear ladies, are forgiven all our whims. And especially this one with chicken and pineapples. Are we being capricious?

Ladies whim

200 g of smoked fillet and pineapple, 100 g of cheese, a couple of cloves of garlic. Crush the garlic with a garlic press, cut the chicken and cheese into cubes the size of pineapple pieces. Mix and season with mayonnaise.

Another version of the Ladies' Caprice salad is prepared with the addition of prunes and grated walnuts. Mmmm, you'll lick your fingers, so tasty and, most importantly, light, almost dietary. Perhaps the best in the whole world. I love him very much.

I don’t make the following salad often, but when I do, it’s gone in an instant.

Pancake

For it we will need to bake pancakes from starch. At 2 tbsp. l. starch, take heels of eggs and tbsp. l. mayonnaise. Knead the dough and bake pancakes. Cool, cut into strips. Cut the chicken breast into strips, mix, season with mayonnaise. Half an hour in the refrigerator - and only five minutes on the festive table. It doesn’t work out longer, the pancake salad is swept away right away.

The following salad looks very beautiful on the table. It is flaky, but you can mix it if you want to make it quickly.

Tiffany

For one smoked breast we will take:

  • 300 g grapes,
  • 200 g cheese,
  • 3 testicles,
  • 100 g nuts and
  • cucumber for decoration.

Place a sprig of grapes on the edge of the dish. We will lay out the salad in the shape of a bunch of grapes, as if hanging on this branch. Lay out the layers: chicken, eggs, mayonnaise, nuts, cheese, mayonnaise.

On top are grapes cut in half. They should completely cover the salad. If done correctly, the salad looks like a huge bunch of grapes thrown onto a plate. You can decorate with parsley leaves or a beautifully carved cucumber. Well, beauty?


And finally - the most cheerful and sunny salad. This is what it's called:

Sunflower

For a couple of legs we will need:

  • 400 gram jar of champignons (marinated ones can be replaced with fresh ones),
  • 200 g cheese,
  • 4 eggs and
  • onion
  • for greater beauty and justification of the name - a pack of chips and a jar of olives.

Fry mushrooms and onions. Mix with each other. Grind the cheese and eggs on a coarse grater, cut the chicken into small pieces.

The salad is layered and has the shape of a circle. Lay out layers and grease them with mayonnaise: chicken, fried mushrooms with onions, eggs, cheese. We do not spread the last layer with mayonnaise, but cover it with halves of olives on top so that it looks like seeds. The final touch is petals made from chips. Well, here is our sunflower. You look at it and you immediately want summer.

PREPARATION:
On a fine grater, grate eggs, carrots, cheese, cut chicken, prunes, potatoes and mushrooms into cubes. Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan with butter for 7 minutes, add salt, and let cool. Chop the nuts. Lay out the salad in layers using a ring mold: carrots, salt, mayonnaise, half cheese, half eggs, half potatoes, salt, mayonnaise, half nuts, prunes, chicken, mushrooms, remaining nuts, potatoes (mayonnaise), eggs, cheese. Decorate the salad as in the photo with chopped cucumber, nuts, parsley and cranberries. Allow to soak for at least 4 hours before serving. Remove the ring with a quick movement. As a form, you can use a springform baking dish, ordinary hard paper fastened into a ring, or other available devices.

2. Smoked chicken salad with pineapple

INGREDIENTS:
● 400g fresh champignons,
● 200g cheese,
● 1 onion each,
● smoked chicken breast and a can of canned pineapple,
● 3 boiled eggs,
● mayonnaise.

PREPARATION:
Chop the onions and mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates. Cut the pineapples and chicken into cubes, grate the egg on a coarse grater, and grate the cheese on a fine grater. Place the ring mold on a flat dish, lay out in layers: mushrooms with onions, chicken, pineapples, eggs, grated cheese. Cover all layers except the last with mayonnaise mesh. Remove the form, decorate the salad with a pineapple rose and cucumber leaves or otherwise to your taste.

3. Salad “Bunches of rowan” with smoked chicken

INGREDIENTS:
● 100g each of pickled champignons and cheese,
● 50g poppy seeds,
● 3 pieces of white loaf,
● 2 tomatoes,
● 1 smoked chicken leg and clove of garlic, mayonnaise.

PREPARATION:
Remove the skin from the leg, separate the fillet from the bones and chop it finely. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into cubes, combine with chicken, crushed garlic, mayonnaise, mix, put in a salad bowl. Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese mixed with poppy seeds. Make croutons from the bread and place around the salad. Decorate the salad with red berries and herbs.

4. Salad with smoked chicken, potatoes, carrots and horseradish

INGREDIENTS:
● 350 g smoked chicken,
● 3 boiled potatoes,
● 2 boiled carrots,
● 1 tsp. Sahara,
● horseradish,
● vinegar,
● mayonnaise,
● radish,
● pepper,
● salt.

PREPARATION:
Grate the horseradish on a star grater, sprinkle with sugar, pour in table vinegar mixed 1 to 1 with water, stir, soak and squeeze out the marinade, place on the bottom of the salad bowl, place chopped chicken on top, brush with mayonnaise, grate carrots on top, then potatoes, brush with mayonnaise. , sprinkle the salad with green onions. Make flowers from radishes and carrots. Let the salad soak for 2 hours before serving.

5. Salad with smoked chicken, cheese and vegetables

INGREDIENTS:
● smoked ham,
● boiled potatoes,
● boiled carrots,
● fresh cucumbers,
● cheese,
● boiled eggs,
● greens,
● mayonnaise.

PREPARATION:
Cover the salad bowl with cling film. Lay out foods in layers, brushing with mayonnaise: cheese, chicken, eggs, herbs, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers. Let the salad sit overnight, then turn it out onto a plate and remove the film. Decorate with herbs, grate a little cheese on top, decorate with egg and olive. The next salad is similar in ingredients to one of the previous ones, but it has a completely different design, and it is dressed with sour cream.

6. “Irina” salad with smoked chicken

INGREDIENTS:
● 200g smoked chicken,
● 150g each of pickled mushrooms and fresh cucumbers,
● 4 boiled eggs,
● 1 onion,
● sour cream,
● greens,
● pepper,
● salt.

PREPARATION:
Chop and fry the onion and mushrooms. Cut the chicken and cucumbers into thin strips, grate the eggs, chop the herbs. Lay out the salad in layers: chicken, cucumbers, onions and mushrooms, herbs, eggs. Grease each layer with sour cream. Top the salad with any red berries and green onions.
